There are so many different options that even after reading this article, you’ll still have choices to make! Read on to learn more about each location and what they have to offer.

In-N-Out Burger
Based out of Irvine, CA, In-N-Out Burger has been on the map since 1948. Today they have over 300 locations in 6 states and are best known for their simple menu featuring a Double Double (two beef patties with two slices of cheese). The restaurant is quite popular so it’s important to arrive early to avoid the long lines.

Shake Shack
This burger joint can be found in multiple locations across the United States, and is known for their delicious burgers. They offer a variety of burgers on their menu, from their classic ShackBurger to the SmokeShack. Their fries and onion rings are also a delight; you can get them with cheese or bacon for only a dollar extra. If you’re looking for something sweet after your meal, they have shakes too!

Five Guys
At Five Guys, they don’t believe in making things too complicated, and that’s reflected in the way they do business. All of their burgers are made from 100% beef with no fillers, additives or preservatives. They also have a little burger for those looking for something on the lighter side. The fries are cooked in peanut oil and have just a hint of salt on them – perfect!

The Counter
If you’re looking for a delicious burger, The Counter should be at the top of your list. They serve up fresh burgers with high quality ingredients and the toppings are amazing. Plus, you get to choose your favorite patty, cheese and toppings! The Counter is a must-try if you’re in San Francisco.

BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse
BJ’s is a restaurant and brewery with locations throughout the United States. The menu includes appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, entrees and desserts. They have a variety of beers including their own brews and many other choices as well.
I ordered the Butter-Brewed Chicken Entree which was served with mashed potatoes and green beans. I added macaroni & cheese to my order for an additional cost that included bacon bits on top.

California Pizza Kitchen
This casual dining restaurant has a comfortable atmosphere and offers an eclectic selection of food that can please anyone. I had the BBQ Chicken pizza which was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, toppings were flavorful and I left full and content. The service at CPK is outstanding. My waitress checked on me often, my drinks stayed full, and even gave me dessert for free! I highly recommend this restaurant for a great meal any day of the week.

P.F. Chang’s
This restaurant is awesome, the food is good and the service is great. We all got what we wanted. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good experience with very little wait time.

Cheesecake Factory
I have been to the Cheesecake Factory on a few occasions, and have never been disappointed. The food is always delicious, and their menu is huge which makes it easy to find something you will like. I’ve only ever had burgers at the Cheesecake Factory, but they’re some of the best I’ve ever eaten. They’re not too heavy with toppings, but they still have all the fixings that make them satisfying. The fries are also some of the best I’ve had.

For the most part, Applebee’s is a decent restaurant. It has never been anything but decent, with some minor lapses here and there. I mean, it’s not the worst food in the world, but it’s not really worth going out of your way to get it. The service is always friendly enough and they have their own take on American cuisine that I can’t say I’ve ever disliked. That said, my favorite thing to order there is a plate of fries with cheese sauce.

Olive Garden
I’m going to go ahead and put this out there: I LOVE Olive Garden. I don’t think I can fully articulate the reasons why, but I have a feeling it has something to do with their unlimited breadsticks and soup or salad (I always get both). The atmosphere is never too loud or too quiet, and they serve really good Italian food. It’s one of my favorite places to eat when I’m in the mood for pasta.
